EXCHANGE

Thank you for shopping at Hi-Class Equestrian, we hope you love your purchase. However, if it is not quite right, you are welcome to return it for exchange. However, you are responsible for postage to and from.

Exchange of items must be within 14 days, in original condition and item must no be worn. Horse apparel must be clean and have no horse hair on it.

Unfortunately there is no exchange or refund on sale items. 

REFUNDS

No Refunds given for change of mind. Refunds only given if item is faulty.

Refund only given within a 14 day period from receiving item. A restocking fee of $3.00 – $5.00 will be charged on refund. 

No Exchange or Refund on Sale Items. Some sale items are sold because they are marked or faulty and I will disclose this before purchase or item will be ticketed with an explanation. 

Please contact HCE. Immediately for faulty items for the procedure for returns.

SADDLEPAD BAGS

Saddle pad bags are only designed for saddle pads they can fit a horse rug but handles may not support the weight of a rug.

EAR BONNETS

Loss of crystals on ear bonnets can occur after all horses do rub up against objects.

FEED BAGS

Feed bags are designed for individual feeds I have tested the strength and they have proved great. Any splitting of a bag will be deemed misuse. Unless it arrives with sewing/stitching slightly missed guided.

WEAR AND TEAR

Please note that reasonable wear and tear that occurs as a result of normal usage, or if the item was not laundered according to the manufacturer’s instructions are not considered as fault.

STORE CREDITS

Store Credit valued for 12 months. Not transferable for cash.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers valid for 3-6months. They are treated like cash, if you lose it they, unfortunately, can not be replaced. Cannot be transferred to cash.

TRACKING

All posted items come with tracking number, once Australia post deliver items, it is no longer my responsibility. Extra insurance can be arranged.

Please do not air complaints on social media, please contact me first. I will do my utmost to take care of you. I will do my best to provide you with excellent customer service. All products are trialled by myself  and I stand by my products.
