The Hi-Class Equestrian story began when owner Melissa Cardenti-Wiblen, was finding it difficult to source breathable, affordable, sun-safe shirts for her daughter, Bree, to wear riding. Without being able to find anything that met her requirements – and her budget – she decided to make her own.
It was not long before Bree outgrew her mum’s hand made shirts – as most teens would – so in 2015 Melissa decided to officially launch the Hi-Class Equestrian brand.
She sourced the best breathable, natural fabric she could find and began selling her shirts to equestrian friends. It wasn’t long before the brand had a devoted following.
A large range of styles to suit all equestrian disciplines
Hi-Class apparel are affordable and most importantly, loved for their light and breathable yet durable fabric. Melissa is continually adding the range of shirt styles and has added bags, caps, saddlecloths and ear bonnets to the HCE range.
Occasionally you will find Melissa and Hi-Class Equestrian at events on the Sunshine Coast – stop and say hello – she loves meeting satisfied customers as well as showing off her brand to new ones.
Living in Central Queensland I sweat a lot when I ride; Hi-Class Equestrian are the only riding shirts I can wear.
